CHILDREN’S ART & CRAFT COMPETITION - Opening Notes
  • Points will be awarded for presentation.
  • All entries should be new and unaided work of the computer.
  • Charleville Show accept no responsibility for loss or damage of items.
  • Items need to be collected from 4.30pm on the Sunday of the show.
  • Items not collected will be recycled.
  • No more than one item per class per person.

PAINTING - Opening Notes

ALL ART PAINTING, SKETCHING & HANDWRITING EXHIBITS TO BE TAKEN TO THE CHARLEVILLE SHOW OFFICE BY WEDNESDAY 21ST JUNE AS JUDGING TAKES PLACE FRIDAY EVENING 23RD JUNE.

RULES.

  1. Each entry MUST be MOUNTED on rigid backing, (such as cardboard of the substance of a cereal box) as competition will be on display under canvas at Show Grounds. N.B. SIZE: A3 297mm x 420mm
  2. Name, Age, Class and School to be clearly attached on each entry. Exhibitors to attach details on SEPARATE SHEET (not larger than 2” x 2”) attached to front of exhibit.
  3. No help or tracing allowed.
  4. Failure to comply with rules will be disqualified.
  5. All exhibits to be taken to the childrens Art & Craft tent in the show grounds between 3.00pm - 5.00pm on Friday 23rd June.
  6. Judging takes place on Friday Evening.
