Association Structure
For administration purposes, Ireland is divided into 5 regions namely:

- Southern
Each region annually elects a chairperson and secretary who organise meetings and deal with matters affecting members in that region as well as formulating policy submissions to the executive committee or to the Annual General Meeting of the Association. Each region also elects a number of delegates to act on the National Executive Committee.
The Board
The Executive Committee (The Board) consists of 1 member for every 5 affiliated shows. A national president presides over meetings of the board where policy matters are implemented and the day-to-day business of the Association is conducted.
